How and when will I receive my tickets?

All tickets for the British Grand Prix are digital e-tickets and must be presented via the Silverstone Tickets app on your mobile device. You will need your digital ticket to access the circuit, the Inner Track, and your hospitality area, so please ensure it is downloaded and ready on arrival.

APP STORE FOR IOS USERS - SILVERSTONE TICKETS APP
GOOGLE PLAY STORE FOR ANDROID USERS - SILVERSTONE TICKETS APP

Tickets will be sent approximately five days before the event as e-tickets via the Silverstone Tickets app to the email address provided to us by the booker.

Tickets for group bookings will be sent to one Host, who can then transfer to individual guests.  Each guest will also need to download the Silverstone Tickets app to access their ticket.  If you haven't yet provided your Host or email details, please contact Mirabelle via email at ops@the.team.

Once received, tickets can be forwarded to your individual guests through the app.

For more information on how to use the Silverstone Tickets App, please click here

What does my ticket give me access to?
Your digital e-ticket on the Silverstone Tickets app will allow you to enter at the circuit’s ticket gates. When you arrive at your specific hospitality venue, your e-ticket will be checked again and you will be given a lanyard to permit re-entry to the hospitality venue throughout the day.

Can the Host keep all the tickets on behalf of the guests?
We recommend distributing tickets to your individual guests in advance to avoid any issues at entry or accidental double scanning.  However it is possible to keep group tickets in the Silverstone Tickets app if you're sure the whole group will arrive together.

Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend the event?
Refund eligibility is outlined in THE·TEAM's Client Terms and Conditions. Please refer to Section 5, 'Cancellation Policy,' Terms & Conditions

Parking Passes

What is the dress code?
A smart casual dress code applies to all guests within Silverstone hospitality areas. Jeans are permitted but must be smart in appearance, with no rips, tears, or bleaching. Smart shorts are also allowed in case of hot weather. Team merchandise is permitted. It is advised that suitable footwear is worn as some of the car parks are grass-covered. All footwear should be clean, and smart trainers are permitted.

For guests in The Racing Green and Octane Terrace, there is a more casual dress code on account of the al-fresco environment. Customers are advised to bring sun protection and an umbrella.

The event may take place in varying weather conditions. We highly recommend that all attendees wear appropriate footwear to ensure comfort and safety in adverse weather conditions. This may include waterproof boots, sturdy shoes with good traction, and footwear that can withstand mud and wet surfaces. The event organisers are not responsible for any injuries or discomfort resulting from inappropriate footwear choices.

What is the child policy?
Children are welcome at the Silverstone British Grand Prix, but all attendees, regardless of age, must have their own ticket to the hospitality area and be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Please mention this at time of booking or email us at ops@the.team with any questions.

Is there a cloakroom?
Cloakrooms will be available in the hospitality areas. However, please keep in mind the bag policy below.

Guests may bring one rucksack each, provided it is no larger than 20 litres and does not contain any items from the venue’s prohibited list, such as glass, alcohol, or illegal substances. Large suitcases, cool boxes, and oversized bags are not permitted. Any prohibited items will be confiscated during security checks.

Who do I notify of allergens/ dietary requirements?
All allergen information and dietary requests must be submitted by Friday 12th May 2026. Any requests received after this date cannot be guaranteed.

When submitting allergy information, please include the guest’s name, the type of allergy, and whether it is airborne or consumption-based. You will receive an email closer to the event requesting these details on behalf of your guests.

If you have any queries, please email ops@the.team

Do you offer support for guests with access needs?
Silverstone is spread over 600 acres some of which are fields and grassed areas, and the hospitality facilities are predominantly situated within temporary marquees and grandstands. There are some hard-standing and tarmac areas together with stone paths. The weather can impact how easy it’ll be for you to move around the site. Please consider this when deciding what equipment to bring with you. If you have any access requirements please contact us at ops@the.team to discuss.

For general information about accessibility at Silverstone, please click here

Is accessible parking available?
Blue Badge parking is very limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. If you have any specific requests or requirements for your booking contact us to discuss by emailing ops@the.team

If you are allocated a Blue Badge parking space, please follow these guidelines to reach the Accessible Car Park at the medical centre within Silverstone Circuit below:

- Directions from M1: Exit at Junction 15A and follow the signs for Oxford (A43). Once on the A43, follow the green route signage to the Circuit Main Entrance.
- Directions from M40: Exit at Junction 10 and head towards Northampton (A43). Continue on the A43 until the exit for Silverstone and continue to follow the green route signage to the Circuit Main Entrance. Please note that there is no access to this route after 14:30 due to one way traffic systems in place.

Once parked, you’ll find yourself close to Copse Runway. There’s a dedicated shuttle service from this area, just look for the accessibility flags.

Arriving by Public Transport

The nearest major station is Milton Keynes Central.

Taxis from the station will be limited.

Silverstone offers a shuttle service from the station to the circuit. It is ESSENTIAL you let us know by the 10th of June if you will be needing to use the shuttle from the station so we can pre-book you a ticket.

Journey time is approximately 20–30 minutes

Upon arrival at the circuit, guests will be directed to transfer onto an internal hospitality shuttle, which will take you to your designated hospitality area. Return hospitality shuttles operate from 16:00 onwards, transporting guests back to the Transport Hub (CP49), where you can connect to your return shuttle to Milton Keynes.

More information on transport can be found on Silverstone's official website here

Is there internal transport once you enter the venue?
An internal shuttle bus service operates throughout the day within Silverstone Circuit.  This connects main entrances with hospitality areas and runs continuously during event hours. No additional ticket required, please show your hospitality e-ticket or lanyard.

Once inside the circuit, guests are free to use this service at any time.

Is there any dedicated parking for hospitality guests? When will I receive my parking pass?

Dedicated hospitality guest parking depends on the package purchased. Allocation is typically 1 parking pass per booking of up to 4 guests (subject to package type and final confirmation).

Parking passes for the British Grand Prix 2026 are physical documents and will be sent approximately 10 days before the event to the postal address provided by the lead booker.

Each pass must be clearly displayed on the vehicle dashboard on arrival at Silverstone Circuit. The allocated car park location will be shown on the parking pass.

Your car park: Car Park 26 (Red Route)

If you do not meet the requirements for a parking pass and need one, please contact us by emailing mirabelle.kelly@the.team by the 10th June, and we can register you for the park and ride scheme from Turweston Aerodrome. Further details on this will be released closer to the time of the event.

IMPORTANT: Please view the official Silverstone Website and carefully read all the information regarding parking and transport prior to arriving. This is essential as there are dedicated routes to arrive from on the day so do not rely on Google maps or GPS.

Can guests be dropped off by taxi or chauffeur?

We do not recommend arriving at Silverstone Circuit by taxi or chauffeur due to high traffic volumes, long waiting times, and limited access during the event. However, if you choose to travel this way, please note the following:

If you are arriving by chauffeur, your driver will need to purchase a Chauffeur Pass. Please note that due to the traffic management systems in place on site, chauffeurs are unable to drop off and collect or leave and return during the event.

The Chauffeur Pass includes a General Admission ticket for your driver, giving them access to welfare facilities within the circuit and a car pass for your designated car park location.

Chauffeur Passes are only available to guests whose hospitality package includes a car pass. Please ensure you have also requested your car pass by 10th June by emailing mirabelle.kelly@the.team.

Is there a bag policy?
To help keep everyone safe during the Formula 1 2026 weekend, you should expect security checks when you arrive at the gates. Searches may take place, so we recommend arriving a little earlier to allow plenty of time to get through.

Guests can bring one rucksack each, as long as it’s no larger than 20 litres and doesn’t contain anything from the venue's prohibited items list such as glass, alcohol and illegal substances. Large suitcases, cool boxes, or oversized bags will not be permitted. Prohibited items will be confiscated during security checks.

Please visit the official event website British Grand Prix rules for visitors for more information

Are there any prohibited items?
Guests must not bring prohibited items including weapons, narcotics or
any promotional, commercial, or advertising banners, signs or brochures, bicycles, electronic bikes or scooters.  Please visit the official event website for more information on what you can and can't take into the venue on the day British Grand Prix rules for visitors
