How will my tickets for Spring Meridian at Chelsea Flower Show be sent?
Your PDF tickets will be emailed to you approximately 5 days before the event.  For group bookings, we will send all PDF tickets to one host for them to distribute to individual invited guests as required.  If you are the host and haven't yet provided your email address to us, please contact Mirabelle via email at ops@the.team 

Important: once a ticket has been scanned for entry, re-entry is not permitted if you leave the RHS show ground.

When will I receive the tickets?
Your PDF tickets will be sent via email approximately 5 days before the event.

Can the host keep all the tickets on behalf of the guests?
Yes, the host may keep all PDF tickets for their group if the group is entering together. However, we recommend renaming each ticket with the guest’s name and sending them individually to each guest to avoid any issues or delays when entering the venue.

What is the refund policy if the event is cancelled or I can no longer attend?
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, we will be in touch to outline the next steps which may include rescheduling your booking. If you decide for any reason you can no longer attend the event, we will be unable to offer a refund or any compensation.

What is the dress code for Spring Meridian hospitality guests? 
There is no formal dress code at RHS Chelsea Flower Show, but smart casual attire is encouraged.

This is a temporary, outdoor event and is subject to varying weather and ground conditions. The majority of the show takes place on hard surfaces.

We advise that you check the weather forecast for the day of your visit, consider the nature of the event and the effects of any inclement weather on surface conditions, and wear suitable clothing and footwear.

What is the child policy?
Babes in arms under 1 year of age are permitted, but discouraged due to the unsuitable nature of the environment. Prams, pushchairs and buggies are not permitted in the showground.

For reasons of comfort and safety children under 5 years are not permitted into the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. 

Children aged 5 to 16 years of age are permitted entry into the RHS Chelsea Flower Show provided that they hold a valid ticket, are with an accompanying adult and comply with the RHS terms and conditions. 

What is the bag policy?
All bags will be searched upon entry. Large bags and rucksacks are discouraged, as there is no bag storage inside the show grounds and only limited cloakroom space in the Spring Garden hospitality area. Any prohibited items will be confiscated at the entrance. Police will be present on the day to help ensure the safety and security of all guests.

Is there a cloakroom? 
There is a limited cloakroom available for guests of Spring Garden but please limit the number of large bags as this is shared with all guests. Please note plant trollies are not permitted within Spring Garden.

When will I receive full event information?
We expect to have most event information confirmed by the RHS approximately one month before the Chelsea Flower Show.  Final itineraries and FAQs will be sent to all bookers alongside their show tickets.

Who do I inform about allergies or dietary requests?
All dietary requests and allergens must be submitted by  17:00 on Friday 1st May 2026. Any requests made after this date cannot be guaranteed. When submitting allergy information, please ensure you include the guest’s name, the type of allergy, and whether it is airborne or consumption.

Travelling by Bus 
Bus numbers 11, 137, 211, 360, 170, 44 and 452 stop closest to the showground, while bus numbers 19, 22, 319 and C1 stop at Sloane Square. Please note: the 360 bus will not be stopping at bus stop ‘CH’ at the Bull Ring Gate, Chelsea Embankment. This bus stop is suspended during RHS Chelsea Flower Show week. Travel by Tube (London Underground)
Sloane Square tube station (on the District and Circle Lines) is a 10-minute walk from the showground. For further information on tube travel, visit the Transport for London website.

Travel by Train
London Victoria is the closest train station to the show. For information on rail services, visit the National Rail website.

Travel by Car - Sat Nav
If you are parking at Battersea Park and using a sat nav, please use the postcode SW11 4BY. This will take you straight to the Rosary Gate entrance.

Parking
Parking is not included in your package but can be purchased separately in the RHS's car park in Battersea Park. If you wish to drive It is essential to pre-book your parking spot via the following link: Buy All Day Parking Tickets.

Battersea Park is located outside the Transport for London congestion zone but within the ULEZ Charging Zone and is approximately a 20-minute walk from the show.  Please see information on shuttle buses below.

Shuttle Bus
There are shuttle buses to the showground from Battersea Park and Victoria Station. The Battersea Park service runs from 7am to 8.45pm Tuesday to Thursday, 7am to 10.15pm on Friday and 7am to 6.15pm on Saturday. They drop off and pick up from Bullring Gate.

Accessibility buses will run as above but will drop off and pick up from Bullring Gate. A service for the Gala Preview runs from 5pm to 12.15am The cost of the service is included with the price of a parking ticket.

The Victoria Station service operates from Buckingham Palace Road every 10 minutes, dropping off at Royal Hospital Road Bus Stop U and picking up on Chelsea Bridge Road Bus Stop T, by Barrack Gate. This shuttle bus runs from 7am to 8.30pm Tuesday to Friday and 7am to 7.20pm on Saturday. There is a charge for this service.

Are there ride-share pick up and drop off points?
There is currently no dedicated rideshare pick up / drop off point for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Once we have more information we will let you know.

The RHS Chelsea Flower Show takes place within a permanent showground with many hard-floored areas, but some exhibits are located in grassed areas where ground conditions are not always ideal.
