How do I get my hospitality tickets?

If you have booked a hospitality package (including match ticket, food and drinks), your tickets are physical printed tickets, and will be sent to you by courier in a wallet alongside your hospitality pass and lanyard.

When will I receive my physical hospitality tickets?

We will courier tickets approximately 3-5 days before the event to the address provided to us by the lead booker. If you are the lead booker and haven't yet provided your address details, please contact us at ops@the.team.

In a small number of cases, it isn't possible to courier tickets to you ahead of the event.  For example, if the booking occurs very close to the match, your delivery address is outside the UK or if we are awaiting payment. In these cases, tickets can be onsite collected from Hospitality Window 1 or 2 at the Allianz Stadium Ticket Office from approximately 3 hours before kick-off.

Do I need to bring photo ID on the day?

Yes, if you are collecting hospitality tickets from the Allianz Stadium Ticket Office, you must bring Photo ID matching the name on the tickets. If you have your tickets ahead of the day, you do not need to take photo ID.

Can the host collect all tickets on behalf of their guests?

Yes, the host can collect all tickets on behalf of their guests provided you have told us this in advance. This person must bring valid Photo ID. If you have any questions, please contact us at ops@the.team.

Please click here for a seating map of Allianz Stadium.

Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend the event?

Bookings are non-refundable. If for any reason the event is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled by the event organiser, we will contact all bookers to confirm if any refund or partial refund is owed. We recommend taking out your own insurance to cover such risks. Please contact us if you have any queries at ops@the.team.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code for hospitality venues is smart casual. Casual trousers, smart jeans and tailored shorts are acceptable. Rugby shirts encouraged.

What is the child policy?

Children aged 2–5 should sit in the lower tiers or enclosures, as upper tiers are not recommended for children under 8. Whilst children are welcome in hospitality lounges, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, and we kindly ask guests to consider whether the environment is suitable for younger children. Children (except babies in arms) must have their own valid ticket.

Is there a cloakroom?

Larger luggage can be stored at a paid bag-drop facility at Webb Ellis House (address is 15 Rugby Rd, Twickenham TW1 1DS). There is no luggage storage inside the stadium, so it's best to travel light.

How do I stay connected with latest news on the Nations Championship tournament?

There are many dedicated websites available to follow your favourite team through the Nations Championship, such as https://nationschampionshiprugby.com/en

Do you offer support for attendees with access needs?

Support provisions can vary depending on the venue and event organiser. Twickenham Rail Station is the nearest station to Allianz Stadium and after the recent upgrades it now has step free access from all platforms to street level. There is step free access to all onsite hospitality lounges. If you have any access requirements please contact us at ops@the.team to discuss.

How do I submit any dietary requirements?

It is important that you tell us of any allergens (including if an allergy is to airborne substances) and dietary requirements for your full guest list in advance. This is so the Allianz Stadium catering team can accommodate your needs, or contact you to discuss further. If you haven't yet provided this information, please contact us at ops@the.team.

Will I miss lunch if I arrive late?

The venue's professional catering staff will always do their best to accommodate late arrivals but unfortunately it isn’t possible to hold service for too long without impacting food quality. Due to this, we encourage everyone to arrive as early as possible to make the most of the hospitality experience. Please contact us at ops@the.team if you expect to arrive more than one hour after the hospitality area opens.

Where is the stadium entrance?

Each hospitality package has a different entry point, as they're situated in different parts of the stadium. The Rose Garden is located in the East Stand Level 5, use Gate E and then follow internal signs or ask a steward for directions. This entrance will be written on your physical hospitality ticket.

Click here for a map showing all entry points.

How do I get to Allianz Stadium?

To avoid congestion we strongly recommend using public transport to get to Allianz Stadium on match day.

By Train / Tube - the closest station is Twickenham Rail Station, just a 10–15 minute walk away. It’s served by South Western Railway with direct trains from London Waterloo. There is step free access from all platforms to street level

Visit the venue website for more information, including additional rail stations and bus routes.

Can I park at Allianz Stadium?

To avoid congestion we strongly recommend using public transport to get to Allianz Stadium on match day. However if you do need to drive there are excellent road links from the M3, M4 and M25. Parking on match day must be pre-booked and can be purchased via the Allianz Stadium official ticketing site - click here.

Are there ride-share pick up and drop off points?

Guests looking to travel to Allianz Stadium by private hire or rideshare should instruct drivers to drop off/pick up at Twickenham Stoop (TW2 7SX).

Is there a bag policy?

Only small bags up to A4 size are permitted inside the stadium. All bags are searched so please give yourself enough time to arrive and have this completed before entering.

Larger luggage can be stored at a paid bag-drop facility at Webb Ellis House (address is 15 Rugby Rd, Twickenham TW1 1DS). There is no luggage storage inside the stadium, so it's best to travel light.

Are there any other entry requirements I need to know?

The safety and security of all attending the Allianz Stadium is paramount. All guests must be prepared to have their bags searched on arrival at the entry gates, and external food and drink are not permitted (except for medical reasons). See the venue website here for more details.
