What is included in my package?

Guests will enjoy an informal terrace atmosphere on the first floor of the JM Finn Stand.  Padded seats boast unbeatable views of the on-pitch action.  The Terrace offers premium buffet dining options and complimentary drinks from either the large indoor bar or terrace drinks cart.

What is the Dress Code?
The dress code is smart casual. Tailored shorts, smart polo shirts and smart trainers are acceptable.

Due to the unpredictable British weather, we suggest you are prepared for any eventuality.  We suggest bringing sun cream and an umbrella just in case!

What is the child policy?
Whilst children with a valid hospitality ticket are welcome on The Boundary Terrace, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, and we kindly ask guests to consider whether the environment is suitable for younger children.  Please contact us at ops@the.team to discuss arrangements if you plan to bring small children.

Is there a cloakroom?
There is no cloakroom on The Boundary  Terrace. Please see the bag policy below and refrain from bringing large bags. 

One bag per person. This bag must measure no more than 18”x12”x12” (45cm x 30cm x 30cm), so that it may fit comfortably under your seat.  All items will be searched on entry for the safety and security of all those attending the fixture.

How do I submit any dietary requirements?
All dietary requests and allergies must be submitted to ops@the.team at least three weeks before the fixture. Any requests received after this date cannot be guaranteed, though the venue catering team will do their best. 

When submitting allergy information, please include the guest’s name, the type of allergy, and whether it is airborne or consumption-based. You will receive an email closer to the event requesting these details on behalf of your guests.

When will food be available
Food will be served throughout the day in a relaxed, informal buffet style. Guests can enjoy breakfast upon arrival, followed by lunch and afternoon tea. See the Itinerary section for the latest fixture timings.

How do I get to The Oval?

Address: The Kia Oval, Kennington Oval, London SE11 5SS

The Kia Oval is easily accessible via several modes of transport and is within easy walking distance from a number of Underground stations. The nearest Underground station is Vauxhall, approximately a 10-minute walk, served by the Victoria Line, National Rail and bus connections.

Upon arrival, please use the Alec Stewart Hospitality Entrance. Your e-ticket will be scanned here. Please then keep left and follow the concourse until you see the North Staircase on your right. Proceed up the stairs, where you will be greeted by our hosts at the Boundary Terrace reception.

Are there any car parking options?
Due to widespread road closures and restrictions, no match-day parking is available at or in the vicinity of The Oval ground.  We advise all customers to use public transport.

Is there a pick up/drop off point?
Due to widespread road closures and restrictions on match-days, we advise all guests to use public transport instead of taxis or rideshare apps.

Is there a bag policy?

Are there any prohibited items and rules and regulations that guests should be aware of at The Oval?
Yes, in addition to the bag policy, guests are not permitted to bring any alcohol or glass containers into the ground.
